The Self Hypnosis for Fertility course is a one-day course teaching you the skill of self-hypnosis. You will be taught how to apply specific techniques in self-hypnosis to increase your chances of conceiving. You will also learn effective techniques to support IVF and other treatments. The day is practical and fun and packed full of useful information and tips about how to increase your fertility.
